The challenge
Virtual production fails less on technology than on the handover between the people who imagine and the people who ship. Directors want the shot; engines want the budget; both need one call sheet.
What we did
- →Cut our teeth on cultural, civic and architectural storytelling at Squint/Opera and Journey in London.
- →Led on-stage LED volume production, keeping camera, engine and lighting in one language.
- →Now run it from Dubai in collaboration with Hiverlab, pairing advisory with real production capability.
- →Focus on operational readiness — scope, ownership and delivery — not just concept films.
